Roy Keane absolutely nailed our defending and particularly Mings for their second goal. Absolutely spot on.

Second was a good finish but to me it highlights the lack of nous we have in games at key times. It's the 49th minute. Don't go over committing and just keep the ball for an extra 30 seconds and go in 1-0 down and still in the game. Instead it's over and I worry now our GD will take a big hit especially if we get more phantom penalties given.

Keane has just (rightfully) torn Mings a new arsehole.

Mings should have thrown himself to stop that shot, all he did was stand there and hold his bollocks. Twat.

Why 2 ex Man U in the Sky studio. Not sure we will get an unbiased view from them,

Never a pen

Ming’s is a coward for that. Another one seeing the exit door

I said nil 5 and a Greenwood brace before the start

Keane's right.  That second goal is all about Mings fucking right up, it's not about the time added on.  Fact is, if he doesn't fuck up they don't score and we go in 0-1.

It's about being brave. If your forward line is as toothlessly bad as ours, then you try something else. Not just keep playing them in the hope they become half-compatent. The twat will probably bring on Davis in the 2nd half

Mings - pathetic.

The only player out there looking like they care remotely is Luiz.

It is a Mings fuck up. But they shouldn't have been on the pitch.

No different to 93, no different to the thousands of things that have gone their way ever since.

Mings has been sleep walking since that half baked
clearance  in the early part of the game. International defender my arse.

We actually played pretty well. Comfortable on the ball, a lack of penetration and McGinn is injured/a passenger. Just rank defending for the goals especially Mings twice for the second.

Mings being more concerned about his bollocks than stopping their forward will haunt me. I loved him!

Anyone who thinks we’ll come straight back needs a slap.

If we buy a couple of actual proven Championship strikers and a couple of pacy wide players we won't be too far off.

To be fair, I think AEG's been decent but they've dominated possession so he hasn't had much of a look in.

The problem this season has been the prolonged meek acceptance of low standards. Low standards of fitness, low standards of coaching, low standards of game management, players repeatedly not delivering, low standards of recruitment.

That second goal was a perfect example. Mings lingering, taking care to cover his bollocks, Greenwood given all the time he wants to shoot, our 74 year old goalkeeper not getting anywhere near it.

Yeah we played well for spells, and yeah, the penalty was never a penalty, but sorry, even taking that into account, it's not good enough and it hardly has been at all this season.

No, we never get anything out of Man United, but the point is, it was the pathetic acceptance of low standards that left us in a desperate situation where we HAVE to get three points.

Just not good enough, and I can not believe Edens and Sawiris have pumped all the money in and then just watched it all get pissed away like that.

If they decide they've had enough, we are properly fucked.

Spot on.  Did you hear Keane at half time.  It was absolutely spot on and has summed up our season.  Mind you he was shit when he was here as well.
