I said right after our goal that us scoring didn’t make much of a difference. If we play as we had been it was a matter of time before they scored a few.

Really wouldn't have started McGinn. He's well short for 90 minutes. Think it's better to give him 30 minute cameos to build up.

We get into an undeserved lead and just continue the same hopeless approach. Sit 4 deep and narrow with 5 deep and narrow in front. Let them have the ball and cross at will and hope that one of the leakiest defences can keep a clean sheet.
