Season Tkt Refunds

Hmm. I’ve had three small separate refunds from the club, adding up to about £60. Doesn’t make any sense at all.

Nowhere near what I’m due for me and my lads ST’s.

I think they said they’d be giving me my refund spread across 6 payments, have had 2 so far so will keep an eye out over the next few days to see what else comes in.

No contact regarding a refund whatsoever.
My email address is fine as I received info on eCash and Pride rewards but no correspondence on ST refunds as yet.

My refunds are starting to trickle through.  I had to phone the ticket office as they was an issue with my daughters ticket which is now resolved.  I asked about next season and they have no info whatsoever.

I got 2 refunds on Friday and 2 on Monday. Now just waiting on 2 more.

I have never known such a farcical way to refund anything. It is actually quite amusing!

I have now had all 12 of my refunds (2 season tickets), the final 4 appeared late last night. 4 on 14th August, 4 on 17th August and 4 on 18th August

Got the last of my refund installments this morning.  I had to get a manual refund on my daughters ticket as, when I got them during the early bird in Feb 19, it was set up for 23 games instead of 19 as they were gearing up for another year in the Championship so had to do the refund in one hit.  Oh ye of little faith!

Exactly the same as you, nothing.
There's nothing wrong with my email as they even sent me a link to the new fixtures today.

I received six emails with vouchers attached. One easy call to ticket office and total of vouchers put back on my credit card. Excellent service.
