Kilmainham tour is really good, from memory I didn't think the rhetoric was particularly anti-English, it was telling it as it was without dramatics.

I already know all the words...

“God’s curse on you England
You cold-hearted monster”

Is Kilmainham where they filmed "The Italian Job" gaol scene with Noel Coward?

Yes, the main staircase when Bridger (Noel Coward) descends to the acclaim of all the inmates after they hear the outcome of the heist is, imo, iconic.

Followed by Zaytoon on Parliament St. for post-booze kebabs. All within spitting distance of each other. Bar Kilmainham, that is.

He's probably still merry on the Liffey.

Or Temple Bar skinted him out and he couldnt afford to fly back.

Given the weather here last weekend he'll be lucky if his flight went ahead.  A friend of mine was returning to London last Saturday and the plane sat on the runway for the best part of two hours before take-off so she told me.  I know the wind was bad down here but didn't hear anything untoward about Dublin until that.  I hope he managed to get over.

Irish Lions meet in Buskers on the Ball on fleet street in temple bar I believe. The downside is that it is in temple bar, which is basically broad street with more tourists.

Thanks Ger, I can put up with that for a couple of hours. (Temple Bar that is, not Broad Street).
Did you enjoy yourself over there
What was the craic any funny stories ?

I was to go to Dublin end of month but no chance now.
