Of all the sporting events happening at strange times of this year, The Masters in November is right up there as one of the strangest. As expected muscle bound DeChambeau is the favourite, there's talk of him driving the 445 yard 1st hole, which is ridiculous, will be interesting to see how he tackles Augusta, so far does not have a great record there.

Rory has not won a major for 6 years and on present form his winless run is likely to continue. Don't reckon he will win it but wouldn't be surprise if Hatton was in contention, big question is will he be wearing his hoodie? If Casey finds his PGA form, then he does have a chance, other best English hopes are probably Fleetwood, Rose and Fitzpatrick.

When it's cloudy, Augusta just looks wrong, but when the sun is out you can hardly tell it's mid-November.

I was thinking earlier how strange it is that the likes of McIlroy and Spieth both went through a couple of years where they looked like they were going to dominate the sport, then just tailed off.
