On the bright side this should at least hasten the search for a striker.

It needs more than a striker to fix this shambles.

The problem is, you don't even need to be anywhere near as good as Man City to do this to us.

This shit-show is going straight back down, and it won't be this abject surrender that does it, it will be all the other ones.

Pathetic.

We don't even look like we have any energy. We could at least be running about a bit.

Oh, no, but fitness, that's another massive fucking problem.

Brighton, Watford and Bournemouth between now and Feb 1st. Three games that will save us or relegate us. Let's hope the Watford new manager bounce has worn off and that Bournemouth aren't getting a new manager bounce. Of course it is possible we might be getting a new manager bounce by then.

Please take Jack off, not worth an injury at this point.

Never forget, someone once paid £35M for Drinkwater!

He was a league winner only three seasons ago. Not even pub league now.

Great comment on the BBC website.

Smith way out of his league, just like Drinkwater.

I will get pilloried for saying it but do we deserve to stay up playing like this? Fuck the injury crisis. Any coach worth their salt would have a squad that can cope with this. Dean might be one of us but he is out of his depth as Burnley aside have we really looked like we can win and comfortably? If our ambitions are built around this shower of shite then our ambitions are to be warming the championship......

The goal difference is really looking shocking as well.

Backwards, sideways, snail paced passing.

I hate the way some of our players go about their work. Nobody screaming and demanding a performance. Just a meek surrender.

Fucking twats.

Yup that’s true. We clearly don’t do any sort of tactical training, but we appear to do fuck all on fitness either.

Smiths gonna relegate us. We are playing like fucking cowards.

Totally unacceptable.  Starting drinkwater against city alone wss a absolutely stupid decision. All three goals were his fault.

Getting him off the pitch at half time will be a challenge.

And I wish Smith would play Grealish in an effective position.

The BBC site said we had a chance in the first minute. If we'd scored then, we would have just made them angry..... oh...

And wtf do they do at training?

He seemed worth a gamble in place of Nakamba who gave the ball away too much at Leicester but events have proved me wrong.
