Prices have been reduced for ST holders and those of us that have already purchased will get a food/drink voucher

Quote
Aston Villa is delighted to announce an exclusive offer to Season Ticket Holders for our Carabao Cup quarter final tie with Liverpool at Villa Park on Tuesday December 17th.

For a 72-hour period, Season Ticket Holders who have not secured a seat for the game can purchase a ticket for any part of the stadium for just £20 per adult, subject to availability.

As a gesture of goodwill to those Season Ticket Holders who have already bought at the previously arranged prices, they will receive a £10 concourse catering refreshment voucher to be redeemed at any of the remaining matches at Villa Park this season.

The decision to modify prices for Season Ticket Holders comes after Liverpool FC have made clear their intentions in the competition.

Our twin priorities are to fill Villa Park for this game and offer our most loyal supporters – our Season Ticket Holders - the best possible value. We hope Season Ticket Holders who have already bought their match tickets for the game understand that the decision to modify prices is not taken lightly and has been made due to the unique nature of this fixture.

Season Ticket Holders who have not yet bought a seat for the game should contact the club in the normal manner. Those Season Ticket Holders who have already purchased their ticket for the game will receive their refreshment voucher, which can be used to buy any food or drink within the stadium, by post this month.

Giving it a swerve and have given my tickets away.  Last dads' five aside of the year, and the pub we go to afterwards are laying on a bit of food for us.  Would rather that than watch two reserve teams in a half empty stadium in the freezing cold.

i'd give Wesley a game, personally. If he can't bully the Liverpool paper boys and rediscover his scoring boots, there's probably no hope.

me too - give him 60 mins to get a goal for some confidence If hes still shit , get him on the hot dog stand.

Looking forward to being at the game as always.
It's obvs decent of the club to make the offer they have, however I hope they make a better job of putting the refreshment vouchers in the post than claret member cards. I'm still waiting on one within my family since last June!

The Villa are laying on food AND your lads could get a game. What's hhe difference?

Usually delusionally optimistic, but think this ones a hiding to nothing. Our second string struggled to beat wolves kids, which doesn’t necessarily bode well for this. I think if smith makes too many changes we might be open to an upset. I for one want to get to a semi final of one of the major domestic cups, no matter what the league form. I would play a strong team for 60 odd minutes to try and get a decent lead and like others have said perhaps a confidence boosting goal for Wesley. Saying that I think McGinn has lent played well since last liverpool game so I would leave him out for a rest and I would play grealish

we'll never hear the end of it if we lose this.

Which we will.

2-0.

Wesley red card.

I'd rest as many as possible I think.

I'd have Heaton as captain.

Elmo Konsa Hause Taylor

Luiz Lansbury Hourihane

Archer Kodjia O'Hare

O'Hare is at Coventry on loan, poor bugger.

Also highly unlikely to feature Archer, unfortunately.

He’s on the bench for the U23s tonight

Would like Chester and Jota to play, to try to get them up to match speed.

Think McGinn and Grealish need a rest.

McGinn is to be rested had been playing with an injury and has been having painkilling injections and not taking a full part in training sessions.

We all know now why he's not that same player we love.
Good it's come out and can give him a rest.
