It’s a joy watching this team. They frustrate at times but fucking hell they try
There was a situation late on and 3 villa players were fighting for the ball.
Great to see the effort.

Only 5 sides have scored more than us, only 4 have conceded more.

Excellent point. Good performance, but Mings, who I thought was otherwise very good, needs to cut the errors out. Wasn’t too impressed with Doug or Trez, Wesley very good, Jack Jack and the rest all decent.

Other than the 2nd half at Man City, we have been in every game this season. These fuckers have some bollocks.

Great response after going a goal down, United are still a hard team to beat at Old Trafford, Liverpool couldn't beat them. Looking forward to seeing Jack's goal on MOTD. Well done Villa

Defensively we're pretty good against bottom half teams. Clean sheets v Everton, Newcastle and West Ham and only conceded more than once to Burnley and Bournmouth (and that was a freak opening ten minutes).

Just need to sharpen up against the better attacks but we're not the only club who struggle in that regard.

And it was a shame El Ghazi had to go off, he’d have murdered their left back. He looked right up for it, and I think he’s showing big improvement.

I'd like to see Marvelous back in for Chelsea (instead of Doug) and if AEG isn't fit Lansbury to start. Where's Jota?

Typical bias for the Plastics. Only 4 minutes added on. They can count themselves very lucky.

Overall a good team performance, MOTM goes to either Freddy who had so much work to do and managed to deal with almost everything. The other is Conor who really helped with the dirty work and helped the midfield enjoy so much space today. I'd have taken a point before the game but now gutted we didn't take all three.

Red Café is fun. They're nearly all calling for Ole's head. They really are the definition of plastic fans.

They're right though.  It was a barking mad appointment - that no other major club would have even contemplated - and the sooner they bin him the better, as far as they're concerned.

As far as I'm concerned, long may it continue.

Even game between two sides destined for mid table at the end of the season. I know Mings made a cock up for their first goal, but I thought he was very good apart from that.

If only Jack had buried that chance. He was, however, a cut above. Keep your head up son, you were the best player on that pitch by a mile.
