Their midfield will kick us all over the park tonight. But at least we will have a bit of quality from set pieces

I’ll go 2 minutes 45 seconds before Grealish is fouled.

That's what the majority of their Monday night pre match coverage is to be fair. Going over the weekends games.

Classic Sky build up to Aston Villa v Newcastle . Gary Neville and Jamie Carrrraggggher talking about Man Yanited and The Arse. The only consolation is they are slagging them off and discussing who is worse 😂

Didnt realise we had such a poor record against them.

Was terrible record in the Keegan years - the first spell anyway. Beat them a few times under Gregory but not many I can think of lately. James Collins 1-0 was the last one. Forgot Shelvey plays for them, he always seemed to score against us for Swansea.

El Ghazi must have something on Smith. Either that or Dean wants him in the shop window. Either way it's about time he showed up for more than 5 minutes. We need to work hard as a team both in attack and defensively. That Saint-Maximin is apparently a handful. Hope he's on the left rather than facing Targett.

Glad to see Conor back. Works his balls off but more importantly is great from free kicks. It may take something special if Potatohead has come for a point.

Finally, having had to wait all weekend for our game, I really hope Villa have me smiling all week rather than being a grumpy bastard until our next game. Whoever said today the older you get the worse it gets was spot on. FTF (in style, preferably).
