Unfortunately first halves having been our problem this season. The game and performance has more than a whiff of the Spurs and Arsenal games about it. We'll need to be better on the ball second half but usually we retreat. Let's see if we've learned yet. Excellent from McGinn, Guilbert and Mings up to now. Certainly far better overall than I expected without Captain Jack.

Pretty sure first halves haven't been our problem  ;)

Bollocks.

Just seen the Firmino replay. I’d be doing my absolute nut if that was us. Still, it’s them so happy days.

Get rid of this VAR shit it's runing the game.
Farminio looked onside to me

Fractions, I would say he was very minimally offside just at the point the cross was fired in.

Must have been Firmino's willy that was offside for their disallowed goal. Hand don't count as you're not allowed score with it.

I saw them lining up his shoulder with the defender. Guess that’s the bit that was offside

HT team talk from Dean is crucial here. Klopp will re-jig things and we saw our defending turn to muck immediately after HT v Citeh so we need to come out strong here.

I find it strange that Wes continues the arm wiping. At what point do you learn and stop?

I'm willing to give the whole team a free pass for the rest of the season if they see this one out. I'd bloody love it if we beat them.... LOVE IT!
