"Liverpool can't play tie"
So if we get Liverpool will be an issue on scheduling.
With the cup ties scheduled for week commencing 16th December (general matches to be decided 17th/18th) there is a problem for Liverpool fixture.

Liverpool make a 7,000-mile round trip to Qatar to play in the semi-finals of the Club World Cup on 18 December.

They are already scheduled to play 7 games in December, plus the Carabao Cup quarter-final and either a third-fourth play-off or the final of the Club World Cup on 21 December.

With no midweek slots available in 2019 other than during international breaks, the next feasible opportunity to play midweek - when they will not be competing in the Premier League - will be between fixtures on 11 January and 19 January.

Seems only on radio
If you're a visual man then anywhere on internet will do! Updates a plenty including here of course!!
I imagine sky sports news will cover it to some extent and very surprised how they are putting it on some off beat radio station.
I would have thought BBC 5 live or Talksport would have claimed for this draw .

Actually it's bizarre it's not on any tv or stream because like VAR there is no transparency.
This draw could have been made last night fir all we know !!
Or it's some pre record.
Why the heck is some presenter doing the draw ?!
Seems very odd as no one can see what's going on

I would nt trust this draw as it can't be seen
It's already been done
Surely they'll pick out a few big ties for the drama !

Villa at 28/1 outright winner .
Decent enough price before draw as odds can shift depending on opposition.

Pre draw quarter final odds.
Manchester City 6/5
Liverpool 3/1
Manchester Utd 6/1
Leicester 7/1
Everton 10/1
Aston Villa 28/1
Oxford 250/1
Colchester 500/1

Draw numbers
1. Everton
2. Aston Villa
3.Manchester City
4.Leicester
5.Colchester
6.Manchester United
7.Oxford Utd
8.Liverpool

Still good odds - had a punt at 33/1 before the Wolves game.
