I've just been talking to all the commentators and they were telling me how much they really like Rory.

You're listening to Radio 5's coverage of the Masters as well.

Yeah. Nobody likes me. I accepted that long ago.

That's why I've given up on human companionship. I live with the animals. I talk with the animals. I make love with the animals.

I am a horny Mowgli.

It's probably just the allegations of being a golfer that are scaring potential friends away. I don't mind the old zoophilia but you have to draw the line somewhere.

Oh I reckon I have the formula to destroy golf. It's within me.

I am not much good at any sport, but can get by playing pretty much any of them. Football, cricket, rugby, tennis, snooker, darts. You name it, I can play it to a low standard.

But get every golfer and watcher in the world along to see me playing golf, and they would see something so ugly it would put them off for life.

Not having a go at you, Hookey, but I don't know why anybody would take notice of anything commentators say.

Commentators think non-Liverpool supporting English fans were happy they won the Champions League in 2005 or that we are all delighted that Newcastle won the League Cup.

If ever I find myself agreeing with a commentator, I re-evaluate my opinion on the assumption I got something wrong.

You mean you didn't want ManU to win their historic treble That Night In Barcelona?

Especially when they didn't expect that when you promised you would definitely be nailing Birdies, Eagles and the occasional albatross.

I do agree with you...I torture myself working at home listening to Talk Sport (i know i know) and i get wound up, especially when it is United FM at times  but i still think we deserve a lot more praise than we get.

I suppose im like a desperate parent who wants everyone to love their child !

The happiest day of my life...

I only knew one Man Utd fan at that time, and I still hated them. Then I went to secondary school and the bastards were everywhere.

I was on a webcall throughout that game with a girl who supported Liverpool. Having to pretend to be happy for her was agonising.

I got neither in the end, anyway.

Luckily I missed all of that as was on an extended round the world post-split up trip. Back in the day where internet wasn't on phones. On the  flight to San Francisco from NZ.

Pilot came on to advise a lot of people had asked about the score in an important match.

He gave the State of Origin score,
