Standard MOTD bias

Plucky underdog win is always going to trump routine win by big Europe bothering club.
They often go on league table running order , so why would Spurs be on before us in a routine home win .
Saints fair enough to a degree as they completely implode

Spurs are the plucky underdogs

Thought it was Lineker who said that?

If Saliba v Evanilson and Andersen v Watkins were red cards, then it would have been nice if Lineker & Co could have reviewed both Upamecano v Watkins incidents and tried to explain the inconsistency and slagged off the Romanian clown referee we had for the Bayern match.

Bournemouth beating Arsenal was obviously biggest result of the day so clear why that was on first, Leicester coming back from 2-0 down was clearly the next biggest story, then presuming they went in number of goals per game order? Spurs had five goals, our game had four. I switched after our game, but presume Man Utd game was next with three goals, followed by the Everton game, then Newcastles game?
If that was the case, seems perfectly reasonable scheduling to me?

I'm enjoying the way they treat a Villa win with an undemonstrative "they're really quite good aren't they" level mild understatement. It's the archetypal Brummie response.

Often MOTD will show the LIVE tea time game towards the end though as it's just been on. No issue with Leicester's heroics being high up the pecking order but we are above Spurs we had a decent game with goals , red cards , pens etc and we should of been on before them but we know the Beeb love Spurs.

Spurs west ham is considered a derby, there were 5 goals and also a red card, and more chances in that game than in ours so I don't think it's outrageous that it was on before us.

Also, why are you so bothered by it every single week?

He did and he's not the first to get it wrong about the returning players.

MOTD2 -

Newcastle on before us
Spurs on before us
Bournemouth too

Didn't mention us about midweek champions league either unlike arse and C115y

We are 4th in the table but they go out of their way to ignore us .
