Why do some fans always feel the need for a moral high horse to clamber onto?

And just on the Ming’s backpass. Heaton hesitated (I think because of the sun). The ball back from McGinn was unnecessary to begin with.

Mings was IMMENSE in this game. Blocks, clearances...to hear he was being boo’d is ridiculous! What about the goal line stand in 1st half?

When people point out, actually, it was Norwich fans booing (former Ipswich player) Mings, then doubles down:

This was based on comments posted here. There is still an anti-Mings faction from a group that still thinks he was ridiculously over valued.

Anti Mings faction?

About as much as there's an Anti Brian Little faction.

Either a bloke on a wind up or just a massive, massive bell end calling into TS last night

https://twitter.com/talksport/status/1180855736399740928?s=12
Speaking of Talksport did anyone else hear this one from Tony Cascarino? "i was at the World cup finals in 94' with Ireland. I got a call from home telling me my wife had given birth to our beautiful baby. I called Interflora and ordered a huge bouquet of flowers to be sent to the hospital. I'm that used to replying to fan mail and such like i asked them to write on the card CONGRATULATIONS, TONY CASCARINO. Mrs Cascarino was not impressed" Made me laugh when i heard him tell that one on the radio.

I do know a few stories about a former Small Heath and West Ham player whose interest in white lines went beyond the football pitch.

Did he listen to Grandmaster Flash and Melle Mel over and over again?

Happy for the win. We are at least in these games and scoring. Let’s hope we keep going as we looked clinical yesterday in exploiting Norwich

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me.  I mean the natural reaction to your team winning 5-1 away from home is to phone up a national radio station and demand the manager is sacked.  Makes a good point about Mings as well.  I mean James Chester is clearly suffering some pretty serious injury problems and hasn't played a game so far this season, but he should definitely be in the side out of position ahead of a player whose good form in the last year has earned him a call up to the England squad.

Not a Villa fan, no way.

And a massive bell end

I reckon he is a Villa  fan, he knows too much to be a Nose on a wind up. Just a very stupid one.

It's going to be a great trip back!

Enjoy! Reminds me of a trip back from Norwich with the Sutton Lions one cold Tuesday night after a 2-0 cup win. We sang 'The Bells Are Ringing' non-stop all the way back to Brum.

League Cup quarter final 1984? After we sang it for ages during the match?

As they always say "if you wanna know whats happening at the Villa ask a blues fan" but IF he's a Villa fan he's probably one of those numptys who think the Marvelous Nakamba song is cool.

He said ‘I love Villa’ far too many times to be a nose on a wind up - that would have hurt too much!

I've got an idea. How about Wesley was bad in one game then good in another game? Fucking radical stuff I know.

I thought his first goal was better (ignoring the poor Norwich defending) as he had to control-turn-shoot

But I'm sorry, I just dont think he has that much to his game. I want to see him take the ball and run with it and at least shoot from outside the 6 yard box.
I know its a team game, and you need different players. And he should get up a bit quicker after going down on the turf. But I do realise that there is more of him to get up, after going down  ;)

Absolutely refreshing to view a Norwich thread on their board criticising VAR.

Hopefully Saturday's performance is our Stoke away moment and now can kick-on.
