Shame we lost 4/5/6 so quickly, could've been huge.

Chasing 228 is impossible by our standards of T20 batting this season 30 for 3 or 4 has been common place & generally terrible shots to get there.  Will def need Mo to join in in what will probs be one of his last games.  My prediction is 147 all out

Right now you might not even get that, I'd forgive d'oliveira, that was a nasty delivery first up, but the other 2 were pretty iffy shots.

Getting to 100 isn’t guaranteed at this point.

We were good at T20 then some bean counter appointed crickets Remi Garde/David Brent hybrid in Gidman…utterly abject coach who needs to be gone in the winter.

Pretty poor from your lot but Bears have caught very well and the bowlers have mostly just put it up there and let you bat yourselves out. You're definitely a better side than this though.

Superb from the Bears, having two spinners works a treat in 20/20

#Gidmanout :-)

Truly abysmal.  Losing what 11 of 12 is no fluke & despite what Mo said it isn’t confidence, it’s abysmal cricket, abysmal plans & zero accountability

Absolutely shocking Gareth.  He really needs to go.

Did make up for my trip to Worcester earlier this season, for the Pears only win in the competition. Should definitely go through now, just a question of whether in top 2 spots

Probably need 2/3 wins from remaining 5 games to go through

There's only 3 games left.

Was thinking 8 other teams and play everyone twice?

No, there are always two opponents who are only played once.

So this season the Bears have no home game v Lancashire or away game v Leicestershire.

Cheers, never realised that. Probably a blessing not playing Lancs twice.

Was at Edgbaston earlier and still can't quite believe how poor Worcester were, especially in the field.  In contrast, thought the Bears were very sharp in the field and it was a good performance.

I think Worcester have got a good crop of fast bowling talent so the future probably isn’t as bad as it seems. I really didn’t understand Moeen’s tactics in not using the spinners and the number of wides that you guys bowled were gifts to the Bears, 17 extra runs and 17 extra balls.

I have a little bit of sympathy and it can be fine margins between success and failure in this form of cricket but I’d still rather be a Bear than a Pear!

Saw my first live T20 Blast game yesterday. Glos v Hants.

Glos managed to get Vince out cheaply and restricted Hants to what looked a gettable target.

However, Glos fell way behind the run rate before rallying to still be in with a chance in the final over, but falling just short.

By the way……has Liam Dawson always been a cheating little shit ?

Palmed the ball back when he and the ball were well over the rope and claimed to have saved four. With no tv coverage, the umpire had to take his word.
