They'll use tiredness as an excuse when they get beaten at VP. Bunch of deluded wankers!

I don't care what their excuse is so long as we beat them!

Will it be free for season ticket holders?

They’re getting their excuses in already - “4 games in 10 days. Wolves will just play the kids. Villa will beat us in the cup but we’ll twat them in the league etc”.

They’ve changed their tune from earlier this year when they were saying Villa would never finish above Wolves ever again and that they’ll be in the Champions League in 2 years.

The last time we played the dogheads in the cup was January 10th 1996 at Villa Park.A Tommy Johnson goal was enough to beat them and we went on to beat Leeds in the final the last time we won the cup A omen maybe

We've also never lost to them in the competition, winning four games and drawing one.

Can someone remind me what they do about tickets for cup games, open to season tickets first, then members etc. Still only one ticket sale per member or are the rules more relaxed?

So with their fixtures prior to playing us, we will have no excuses if we do not beat them?

As long as we don't Villa it up, who would you like in the next round and home or away?

No one chose Wolves at home or away.

The way their fans have been talking we expected them to have joined a European Super League by now.

However - In the real world, there seems to be a mad scramble of tickets for their "cup final".

Yep realistically I'm confident about this - with their fixture congestion I can't see them playing close to a full team, whereas I'm sure Smith will see this as a chance to inject some momentum in the team, with a win at a packed VP.

They think we're taking it seriously because we fielded a "strong side" last night.  Since when does making 9 changes from Sunday's game constitute fielding a strong side?  It's called having a strong squad, something Wolves failed to build during the transfer window because their owners wouldn't back the manager.
