The bloke is a born leader.

He is, and he does so without the need for an armband, so why risk annoying our star player by stripping him of the captaincy?

Hey Jack, thanks for inspiring us to promotion.

Now, just open your legs a bit wider whilst I kick you in the balls...

As great as Mings is, I think this sort of penalises Grealish when he's not really done anything wrong. Lets stick with him.

Mings is a captain in all but name, so we're lucky to have 2 good leaders in the team.

We need more leaders. Jack will do for me.

Hourihane and Lansbury were both captains of their previous clubs too. We've plenty of them in and around the squad.

Dean Smith likes to rotate it but let's be honest, we've got a Villa fan as Head Coach and a Villa fan as Captain; they know what it means, they give their all and no need to change anything.

See where you're coming from. Maybe it is weighing heavy on his shoulders but as others have said he's done nothing wrong and I am sure he will weather the storm and come through stronger for it. The more "captains" we have the better and both Mings and Heaton are doing fine as it is.

I'll be honest, I do like to see a vocal captain that you can see/hear geeing up his team mates.

When we're losing or not playing as we'd like to be in a game i want to see someone getting into the rest to raise our game. Mings would probably be better at that as he has that type of personality.

But he can still do that even if Jack has the armband anyway of course.
