  I imagine that we’ll go with the same philosophy as Crewe, plenty of changes from our premier league line up. Brighten made eleven changes so it’s likely to be a question of whose got the better squad depth and hopefully it’s ya.

• Play our strongest team or at least have them available on the bench (e.g. SJM/ Grealish/ Wesley) with a mix of a few squad members pushing for the first team in the starting 11 and let's see Brighton off. Let's please take the cups seriously.
  
  As people have said not a great draw - but equally winnable with the right team selection and attitude.

• I hope at some point we're a team others are desperate to avoid. It seems like ages since we had a decent run in either of the cups.

• I can’t see with what is wrong with the starting selection in pre season games - start with our strongest selection and then use the subs when job is done

  Portsmouth v Southampton is the live Tuesday night game. I honestly think Brighton v Villa is the most attractive Wednesday fixture. Certainly better than MK Dons v a Liverpool second XI. Plus The SKY team would only have to shift their equipment down the South Coast.

  I live near MK and it's a conflict of interest for lots of MK Dons fans as they support both teams
  
  there will be more day trippers and tourists there than at the Trevi Fountain
