Our next four games are 'winable on paper' and I saw enough today to think we can beat Bournemouth, Everton, Palace and West Ham.

We just ran out of steam, Kane's first was a gut punch and then we got suckered again a few minutes later.

Apart from SJM, the 2 CB and Heaton we've been shit this half.
Wtf is with this negativity?

Yeah how dare I say what actually happened.
Outplayed,  but shit?

Yes, a number of our players were shit in the second half.

I expected us to lose, but after being 1 up for so long I started to get my hopes up.  I think to be fair this was a pretty good performance against last years Champions league finalists, onward and upwards.

Cuntybollockbastards

Played well, got beaten on to next week. Lots of promise and at times it showed that they didn't know each other.

I generously think he saw this as opportunity to give certain players extra minutes, an extended pre season if you like. You could see that from the team he picked and the subs he made. I think Dean saw today as a game where if it worked we got something out of it or it gives minutes to certain players and the season starts at Bournemouth.

Good effort...but just not good enough to keep last seasons Champion Leagues finalists out in the second half.

Sitting back at trying to defend a lead or a draw is not in the DNA of this team, and we struggled to get out of our own half or keep possession. Still a work in progress and a lot of work to do, but we have to look to the positives of the first half. We'll be ok against most of the other teams in this league.

Agree that there were many heroes. But also some sloppy shit - thought Wesley, Jota, El Ghazi, Kodjia could have given more.

They forced the issue and got the breakthrough. They were lucky with the second but you can't really say they didn't deserve it overall.
We gave them the ball back way too much but I thought under the circumstances every one of the starters did quite well, in fact McGinn, Heaton, Mings and Engels were excellent throughout. Grealish and Hourahane were very good and the forwards all showed glimmers of promise. The fullbacks did well too, the only 2 that I was concerned with were Kodjia who looked like a fan who had run on the pitch and Douglas who looked knackered despite only being on the pitch 10 minutes.

Good game. Fitness showed in the end. A lot of positives for your manager to take from this though.

Looking forward to visiting villa park again for the reply.

All the best for the season

.

You and every other Spurs fan is butters. Jack is an exquisite premium product that adds richness and flavour to any dish. You are margarine, a grey sludge with shit highlights. Erikson was the only player with a footballing brain in your team, and he wants out.
