Out of the 3 main injuries, this is by far the worst for me. This bloke has been brilliant for us.

I'd also be concerned about the effects of such an injury given his age. Such a shame, a really solid keeper.

I think it'll potentially have the biggest effect on our season.

Have to agree. Tom has been superb for us. Losing him is going to be massive.

If his injury is anything like as bad as Wesley's, I think we're in trouble.

If Our Cousin Vinnie is right, I'd expect Tom to be out for the season, maybe longer.

I think they are still awaiting confirmation of the damage so fingers crossed. He is a very good goalkeeper, certainly the best we have in our squad.

Our key players are Jack, McGinn, Mings, Heaton and Wesley.

Why is it always, always, our key players that get the worst injuries?

Wes has only been key because we have no one else.
Not having Heaton is a huge blow because he has the confidence of the defense.

Because we're Aston Villa.

I know every fucker believes their team gets bad luck etc but when was the last time another team lost 2 players in the same game for a big chunk of the season?
