Is this still just a “Sky understands” ?

Following the twitter to link to the sky sports article and it says he would be our second signing of the window.  It’s obviously a very old article!

There’s a new article today and it was on SSN earlier

Is this the first time we have had a player from a country with a Z?

Does this mean we are not pursuing Douglas?

I would have thought so, he is a holding midfielder isn't he ?
We're allowed to sign both of them, surely?

Might be a marvelous (ha) rouse. If we rotate Doug & Marv, might keep him far enough below the work permit threshold that we can keep him for an extra season or two, so increase the buy back fee

Good stuff, I mean marvellous, does anybody know, what this now takes our spending to, say to the nearest £50 mill!

I read £120m being cited earlier but please treat that as you would a statistic from Boris Johnson

His parents created a real hostage to fortune naming him ‘Marvelous’ didn’t they? The headline writers will have a field day if he’s crap.

John Percy's article states we will sign him so I would expect it to happen.
