And through it all he offers me protection
A lot of blocks and deflections
Whether I’m right or wrong
And down the Villa Park wherever it may take me
I know that life won’t break me when I come to call
He won’t forsake me
I’m loving Engels instead

Not sure what to make of that video about his medical tests.  Bit OTT intrusive or reassuring the club are pulling out all the stops to get him signed off fit even on tour in the US.

Looks quite slightly built for a central defender. Needs to eat his shredded wheat

Do we MRI all players at medicals, or were they looking at a specific injury?  Was it the hips they were looking at?

He had a knee injury in 2014/15 that had him out of action for over a year. So I would think they were checking on that.

If he's passed the medical then I can only assume it's not of huge concern. All the same, we do seem to have a predilection for signing talented centre-halves with knee trouble...............

Whilst the Lyrics are quite funny is anyone really going to start singing Robbie Williams at a football match? Really?

They've sung Boney M and Culture Club based songs recently. Oasis too. So why wouldn't they?

I came on to inform you that, for what it's worth, I will not be joining in with any chanting based on Robbie Williams songs.

What next? 'Mauled by the lions!' with 'hilarious' clawing choreography?

Almost certainly.

I'm sure that there's a song that contains the lyric "Marx and Engels". I've been racking my brain all day and can't remember it.

Google hasn't helped either. That just produces a Belle and Sebastian song, and it's not that one.

Just... No.

Robbie Williams is up there with Bono in the shiteness stakes.
