I’ve just managed to get my 2 tickets, but had to do it laptop so I could assign a ticket to my lad, this option wasn’t on the app on my phone

The match isn’t sold out yet

I'm on my laptop and it says that a maximum of 0 tickets are allowed for my missus for this game.

Not sure then, I had no option to assign tickets on my phone, but could on the laptop

I’m not complaining but it’s weird how membership members get a goody bag, and ST holders get nothing.
We don’t even have a card anymore !

Well we got fuck all with our membership and they won't even let us buy tickets so there you go.
When did you get her membership?

That's really bad then. Can you log in on her account?

Yeah it won't let her buy one. Best we can get is the very back row of the Upper Holte for 280 quid. Awful view and really unfair that a 4 grand trip after hotels and flights is being rewarded with 2 members having to pay a fortune to sit on the back row. I'm really, really upset about this. Bastards

If there's seat left the ticket office will sort it out if you phone them when it opens in the morning.  But agreed, it's absolutely shite when you've paid for a membership.

They are allowing us to allocate her a TV ticket but NOT a standard ticket. This mens it can have fuck all to do with her lack of match history for a Cat A game as they are willing to take our money as long as we pay an extra 130 quid for 4 fucking pints. This is an abysmal way to treat fans and will put many people off becoming members or going to games at all. This kind of bullshit is we will always remain a million miles away from the Sky 6 clubs.

The club is so terribly ran as far as fan experience goes. An embarrassment.

You could also try contacting AVFCsupport on Twitter.  But you're right, it might be something to do with match history, which obviously you can't really build up in Mexico!

Can't afford to take the risk of not getting a ticket at all for a 10,000 mile journey so being forced to pay 140 quid more for 4 pints and and sit on the back row. Just gotta bite the bullet.  >:(

I’ve only become aware that tickets for the wolves game have come on sale for members having read the last few pages on here, so I’ve not tried yet. For the Arsenal game, initially, it wouldn’t let me buy a ticket, for no apparent reason then I tried / looked again a few days later and it would, I’m not sure of the reason for this but hopefully it might be the same for you or your missus.
Also just because you’re a member it only gives you a chance of a ticket not a guarantee.

But it DIDN"T giver her the chance of a ticket. There are tickets available and I could buy one on my membrship but could not allocate another to hers.

We ended up buying Terrace View for a hugely inflated price so it has nothing to do with history. Anyone can buy a TV ticket. We feel we have basically been scammed into buying her a membership that is clearly useless. We have now paid a total of 360 pounds for 2 seats in the holte end for this match!!!!

Thanks Villa!!

Great way to reward fans coming from the other side of the world.

Oh, and we never received a welcome pack or anyhting at all for our membership either, despite being charged an EXTRA 20 pounds for shipping.

We have been well and truly fucked over in every way here.

And here I am trying to set up the Mexican Villa supporters club. What a fool I am. I certainly should not be recommending anyone here to join as members. It's just a waste of money and a kick in the bollocks.

Thanks Villa!!

Something is amiss somewhere then, get onto them on Twitter or email to find what’s going on and with any luck they’ll sort you a regular ticket and refund the TV seats.
Fair play to you for travelling from Mexico, I hope you’re rewarded with a decent game!

I think my problem is that as a ST holder I cannot see what tickets are available (as it's not my window for extra tickets yet), even though I want to buy them for a claret member.  It's a bit odd really.

This is an anomaly really. I have memberships for my husband and my nephew, but I can’t get tickets for either of them without logging in as them instead of me!

I’m hoping to get a ticket for a CL game as some sort of moment of catharsis after many years of shit, but unless I can somehow get a ST I won’t be paying the prices for tickets they’re charging, no chance.

Thanks. I can't find an email for the ticket office and they will most likely only fob me off anyway. My previous experinces with them have been infuriating to say the least. We may be a CL club on th pitch, but we are League 1 at best off it.
