The YouTube link doesn't, not sure about the MNUFC stream. looks as though it's restricted to Minnesota where as I can only select USA!!
Probably won't work but I can't tell yet.

I have a VPN through a secure password manager. Not sure how to get one otherwise.

Not sure about on a Mac, but from what I've seen around mobile apps, software security sites offer them these days in their paid packages.
