The owners in happy mood.

That’s damn impressive from all three of them. We seem in very good hands. Let’s the good times roll

Does anybody know what tune they played as Jack and Chester lifted the trophy? Ive seen the footage about 20 times now and that song is in my head.

It was Theme from an Unmade Silent Movie

Great day yesterday. Winning is so much better than losing in that horrible, all-or-nothing fixture.

Thought our fans were pretty loud, although perhaps not as loud as I've heard in other Wembley appearances from us, but the Derby fans were dreadful, barely any noise.

Pleasant enough between the two sets of fans, other than those stupid ****** smashing up that coach. What morons.

Morons in action. Ours, unfortunately.

Dickheads.

Just as likely to end up injuring our own fans as well. What mentality makes you want to do this? Being drunk is no excuse. Embarrassing

I was across the road when it happened and a couple of our fans who were standing on the green did indeed get hurt as well.  Just seen on SKY that the police are investigating it.

Latest Bookies Odds

Villa to survive     5/2

Villa in top half     4/1

To win the league  1,500/1

We are 4/7 to stay up, not 5/2.
You're right, sorry I got the info from that reliable source 'BBC Midlands Today'. We're 5/2 to be relegated.
Bookies have got Sheffield Utd, Norwich and Burnley to go down

Sadly it was all so foreseeable - allow thousands  of people to congregate next to an access point for coaches and buses, allow them to drink bottles and cans of booze and unfortunately this is what can happen - I walked past the area before the incident and spoke with a few of the police officers who were keeping things light hearted - it's pathetic that a few cowards can lob objects towards a coach or bus whose passengers possibly included young kids on the biggest day of their young lives. It happened to me many years ago on a travellers club coach taking us to Newcastle - it's quite unnerving to have Windows being smashed whilst you are sat there totally helpless - as stated many times all clubs have their fair share of idiots it's just when we get big allocations it tends to attract a higher percentage of numpties
Hopefully nobody was injured

Villa fan on Twitter is trying to crowd fund to cover the damage and the coach fares for those caught up in it.

Did we do the same for the Fulham fans when their bus got smashed up as well in exactly the same place?

Dickhead, scumbag, cowards, every single one of them.

The night before the game I dreamt I was buying a Subbuteo Aston Villa special set with a wobbly head bust of Ron Saunders*. I think this was what made the difference on the day.

*Such a thing doesn’t exist in reality. Obviously.

"A group of Derby County fans including children were left "terrified" after Aston Villa fans smashed windows of the coach they were travelling to Wembley in.
Shocking footage sent to Derbyshire Live shows the moment a young child cried with alarm when the window beside him was smashed by a thug wearing an Aston Villa shirt"

The above is from a Derby newspaper. Is this the Villa? As a Villa fan of over fifty years standing I am ashamed. The sort of thing that you would expect from the other side of the city. VIlla fans are better than this. Who are these morons? Whoever they are they need to be identified and never allowed to darken the doors of Villa Park ever again

Without wishing to ruin the best thread of all time, you don't need to look too far for them at any away game.

The Herberts notwithstanding, yesterday was utterly wonderful. What a club, what a set of fans, what a fantastic performance by Risso!

Fuck the Albion, btw.
