In reality, bland. Needs some arms to fill out the sleeves.

Or put another way, precisely as it should be. No fuss. Simple design, right colours. The away, and more specifically the third kit can be as creative as they want to be.

Why is the sponsor above nipple level?

Why is the crest so high up it looks awkward and crooked on the shoulder?

Nah. Shite.

I think the blue is too pale. The 92 Umbro sleeves had a pizzazz to them and I don't know what they call it in the industry but during the 90's kits had that kinda shiny, reflective weave pattern going on. Bring a bit of that back.

Never clocked that until you said. Does look too high.

The badge looks a bit far north

I thought that too, the crest, Kappa logo and sponsor could all do with being lower down. Having seen the full kit it's growing on me. I like the mesh type effect on the fabric and I hope Cazoo are our sponsors for some time, the plain white lettering isn't too obtrusive and it's not a gambling company.

You don’t even see the stripes from a distance
I hope opposition players  get a good look at stripes next season...right in their face.
