That bullshit that Chelsea are talking about with their kit, reminds me of bands talking about their inspiration for their new songs, they talk such waffle no-one can understand

Chelsea’s new away kit blurb:

“Introducing our new @nikefootball 20/21 away kit. Inspired by a classic tailored aesthetic but filtered through a modern street lens and colour palette.”

I’m not sure what that even means!

It means it looks like a Man City inspired pyjama top. Having said that their new home kit is simple and smart.

The home kit is decent if oddly 'muted'.

The away kit looks like fabric softener with sprinkles in it. Fucking awful

New Malvern Town kits from emerging manufacturer Hope & Glory - nice.  They're doing some interesting stuff.

Are they the same company that make/made regular men's shirts? I have one from the late 90s by a company called Hope + Glory.

Looks like we're a bit behind the other PL teams (along with Brighton and Palace). Not even sneak "previews" out there.

https://www.footyheadlines.com/2019/10/2020-21-kit-overview-all-20-21-kit-leaks-info.html

Also Stoke have joined Celtic and possibly West Ham in offering the home kit without the sponsor's logo. This is something I'd pay a premium for if I was buying a shirt and indeed would make me much more likely to buy one for the first time in years. Thoughts? Maybe one for the FCG to raise as a suggestion?

We’ve gone through numerous owners and suppliers, and the one consistent thing through all of that is the complete inability to get the kit out in decent time.

I would also love that, I refuse to buy kits with gambling logos on them. Feels like I'm walking around advertising a bad habit that leads to mental health issues and suicides rather than a football top.

Last Villa top I bought was the DWS one (2006), been nothing but gambling logos since then. Well there was a couple of years of Intuit Quickbooks somewhere in there, but for whatever reason I never bought it probably because I fell out of the ritual of buying Villa tops by then.

I don't buy shirts any more - they're often poor quality and over-priced shite

I imagine our kit depends on the division we are in and the sponsor that will be on it. Is the current one locked in if we go down?

Cazoo was announced as the new sponsor a few weeks ago

Apparently, we got £12.5mill for reward money for finishing 17th.  With the money from Cazoo and Kappa etc, I hope this is the start of the bounce back to running a good quality business and sees an end to us losing around £5mill a month, like we were under Dr Xia.

Speaking of Kappa, almost every other club has revealed its kits for next season by now. Where's ours?

We need kit mock ups. Where is that fella who used to make them that were always way better than the ones we end up with?
