Just realised no one else has even mentioned and I didn’t even raise an eyebrow at the shades of claret and blue, so that is definitely a good sign! 😊

Difficult to be sure from internet shots, but the claret looks to have had more blue added to it compared to Luke's version, which he had taken more to the red end of that spectrum. And the sky blue sure looks considerably lighter.

Once you get past the various logos on the shirt,  the colours look spot on.

Liking the lighter powder blue but not so sure about the "claret"
I prefer a deeper burgundy claret  -  but that's enough about  my drinking habits :)

On the mings video the seam on the shoulder between the sleeves and shoulders and main body of the shirt looks raised.  Maybe it's just a crease from a hanger, but first impression to me is that it just doesn't look well made.

I thought the exact same, doesn't look well made at all. If it looks like that on an athlete, how will it look on the majority of dad-bods?

Looks bloody lovely to me. Unfussy. Claret. And Blue. In some lights it seems a tad lighter but then in others it's perfect.

Let's hope they do the replicas in sizes that suit real people!

No it doesn't 'offend' me. You just sound really picky basing your comment on a low-definition photograph from a seemingly hastily-organised photoshoot in Witton.

But you are welcome to your view, obviously.

Sponsor being so prominent ruins it for me.

Mind you think last kit I actually got was in 2003. Very much happy with whatever shade of claret and blue and more concerned with who we have playing in it.

Screenshot from his interview. What do we think of the cut of his cloth?

It was from a 7 minute video interview of him, but whatever.

OK. Sorry for upsetting you. Momsnet was just a light-hearted comment. Please forgive me.
