I think the club are waiting for one or more signings (Mings, Butland for example) before going live with the big launch
Or maybe they have a date set for release, that’s just a date for release, like all other clubs.
Ours just happens to be July 9th (reportedly).

Kappa logo looks like a 2 headed woman- legs a-kimbo, as Alan Partridge might say

Exactly.  I think we hear every year that maybe they're waiting to announce two signing together, kit launch is waiting for a signing etc but I can't recall that ever happening.  If the kit was ready to be launched they would launch it.  If Mings was ready to be announced, they'd announce him.

I dream of the day it's unveiled in May.
And upon the shirt's chest, is the only old 80s crest.

With a body of claret and sleeves of light blue.

The blue one is the one on that mock up a couple of pages back and looks good in my opinion.

Agree. Away kit  should be white not sky blue or whatever that is.

Home one looks fine, design as expected, will reserve judgement until the shades are clearer. To me the blue still looks too pale, when did we go so muted? Used to be a beautiful shade of sky blue, now it's a kind of milky diluted blue-white. Just an observation of course

Away looks nice but strangely not as nice as in the mock-ups? Again, could be related to the shade/tone...

The light blue away shirt is fine by me, but needs to be matched with claret shorts to really impress - the claret shorts reflect the claret detailing in the shirt.

In the photo it's matched with white shorts and as a result it looks really insipid.

What is wrong with just having a couple of players modelling the strips ffs? Don't know what this photo shoot is all about but it looks ridiculous......and so do the people in it!

Phew !
It’s claret and blue with a hole for your head and two for your arms.

We can all relax.

Our away shirts should not be sky bloody blue.
