That kit looks like Risso drew it on MS Paint.

Well yes, but that's really not the point here is it. That said I get tradition and the calls fo claret body and blue arms but I think there's got to be some room to add touches to that.

I agree, paul, I like the traditional with a slight twist. Have to admit, i loved last seasons top.
This design, as an away top pale blue and white, wouldn't be too bad.

Using a sunday league style kit builder (because I don't have photoshop to be able to do it with the one that was linked) I got this, which is the sort of thing I'm getting at:

dear lord I am tripping

All I see are chazwazzas.

Is there a tech wizz out there that could replace green with claret and black with blue?
Just curious as to what it would look like  :)

Be very bloody careful what you wish for.

Flippin' heck, bud, well done.

I am a little lost for words on seeing it, though  ;D

nice dress for the ladies

At least it, sort of, has blue sleeves.

How are Western Union having an inaugural season and celebrating their 100th anniversary at the same time?

Time is relative

If our new kit is anywhere close to how good the new Arsenal kit is, we will be happy.
Their new kit is perfect (for Arse)

Almost perfect. The design is great but the colour is wrong, it's a blood orange or something? Hard to describe.

If I were an Arsenal fan, I’d be more than happy with the colour and design.

The Arsenal kit is a solid design and literally a Villa kit just waiting to happen

That would be a thing of beauty in claret and blue.

The new Arsenal kit is pretty much their 1988 kit with the "new"/shit adidas logo on.

Aye, now that you say it, spot on. Hence the weird shade of blood orange.

I guess there's only so much you can do with the 'red body white sleeves' brief.  I'd be pretty happy with a claret & blue version of their new kit.

That is exactly what our kit should look like but obviously in claret (not purple or pink) and light blue. With white shorts (I'm sure I read earlier there's a suggestion of blue this year.)

If the launch is tomorrow then they have done really well to keep it a complete secret until now

Not a single leak to date
