The Stripeyfilth had 5 players booked plus Robson-Kanu sent off today. So no doubt they will target JG & may be SJM in relays next week.

Hope the bookings take one or more of their players over limit for a ban.

They are shitting themselves. They've been shite for months now, we will terminate them.

SKY have confirmed an automatic three match ban for Robson-Kanu. He will sit out both games against us and the final if they get there (which obviously they won't) ;)

Dunno why, but I'm actually quite nervous about facing them - Normally quite confident against the Tesco bags.
I think it's the fact that they have the 2nd leg at the Nou Hawthorns. It'll be their cup final.

Even if we beat em, the key will be getting our key players through it unscathed for the final.

I spoke to an Albion fan during the week and he said they have been less than impressive, apart from their front two, for several weeks.  I'm still nervous though.  Wouldn't it be lovely to put things to bed by the end of the first leg?

Wasn't that pretty much their full strength side today?

I believe so Richard, as it was for Leeds too.  I think a lot of it will come down to how much their Managers can get out of them for the play offs.

The time has now come for the lion to transform into the eagle. To soar high above the small minded hatred of the likes of smethwick and small heath and to catch natures jet stream which will take us high over the mountains to the premiership. Once there we will have left far behind the toxic rats that inhabit two local clubs that live for our downfall. The bright new future that beckons for us is dazzling.  Come on villa piss on smethwick and take us to Wembley.

I'm very nervous with excitement and anticipation. Just off the phone with a Baggies supporting mate and he's very relaxed and confident that they will lose...he has absolutely no hope that his team will win and that makes me even more nervous!

Apparently Barry is out injured for the season and they have Brunt in midfield so we should be able to run rings around their midfield with Jack and SJM firing, and their defence is shite. The only players that concern me are the 2 dirty cheating bastards they have up front and Phillips (even though he seems to be sub most games)...plus Johnstone could be another keeper that has his game of the season.
