just got my ticket but couldn't get it to upload onto my ST even though it says I should be able to do so, so had to print one. Anyone else experience the same thing?

Does it not just upload onto your season ticket card automatically?

it asks for the season card number which then tells you it is not vaild

Are u sure? I just paid my £25 on line and it said the card will be uploaded once purchase was completed. Maybe it’s because I logged into the site using my ID and password?

Just ordered mine in line and uploaded to card ok eventually   You need to enter your account number in the details box, not you fan id

With many ST holders having to print off tickets (it seems) it is going to take an age to get into the ground next Saturday.

I dont think this will have an effect at all, regular tickets are scanned through a barcode pretty much the same as STs.

The unplanned origami session might add some time though!

Tried to do the upload thing and followed the advice on the site but there is no select here to upload the card, just the usual print at home, collect or post.

Not very good Villa, not very good oh well nevermind

Trying to judge what time to fly over on the Saturday. It's likely to be the early fixture surely? West Midlands Police won't want the derby happening at 17:15 on a Saturday?

That's what I did last time to.

However, this time I wasn't even given the option to start the process of loading to my card

I am hoping its early kick off myself as I go away that day and strangely, my Wife was very receptive to going to the game before we go away as long as it is the early kick off as we are driving up to the Lake District for a week, I would have missed the second leg anyway had we been away first. She wasn't too keen on driving up there after the later kick off, so my son and his mate will benefit in that case if I cant persuade her if that ends up being the case.

My greater concern is if Wembley Tickets go on sale before we get back, I will have to find somewhere with decent WiFi as phone signals are not too good where we will be. Also, buying tickets via a phone screen is a fookin pain in the arse as I found out last night when I was sitting in Birmingham Eye Hospital waiting room and got a notification they had gone on sale and I had to buy my semi final tickets, it was bloody hard work, but got there in the end.

You can get in using your phone – I have each time this season. Just make sure the QR code is reasonably big on screen, and slide your phone into the scanner.

How do you buy your own seat? I can get an option to select from a certain area, but can't just choose to pick my own season ticket seats?

Never bought tickets for Villa online before. Been trying to book via phone as per what I normally do but every time the call drops out on exactly 5 minutes. Not impressed

edit: completed online, but procedure nothing remotely like the instructions given and no option to upload to season card so opted for eticket. At least I've got my seat which is the only important thing really

You need to log in to your account and then make sure to click on the words "Season Ticket holders please click here to purchase your seat" rather than one of the icons

The layout is fecking terrible

As with any ticket buying experience with Villa, I just anticipate it being crap and am pleased just to get through it without too much swearing at the computer
