In fairness they let the 8pm Friday night kick off go ahead this season.

The 4th/5th playoff first leg is the later game on the Saturday. Guessing it would take exceptional circumstances for it to be changed. This isn't it.

The game earlier this season wasn’t a ‘season decider’. (Although it did seem to turn our season into a bit of a tailspin for a while as it turned out!)

The last time we played each other in a knock out match we ended up getting fined £200,000 for our ‘back to the dark ages’ pitch invasion, while their fans smashed up our toilets.

I think given what is riding on these games, it’s possible that they will see it as different to a league match less than half way through the season.

Additionally, a Saturday KO has far more people drinking all day as far less people are at work.

We are a better side than last year, with a modern manager & none of the other teams are as good as Fulham were.

We got to treat them all with respect & then batter them.

Leeds not Albion could finish 4th. Unlikely but possible.
We don't know for certain which semi will be A and B. Has anyone seen this officially confirmed?

I don't think Fulham were all that last year. They just hit form at the right time to get into the play offs and their momentum took them up. I am hopeful it will be the same story with us this year. We are the team that didn't set the league alight all season but who now have confidence and momentum.

Last night I dreamt I’d been given corporate tickets for the game at the Hawthorns. I was hoping to be able to give you all an insight into what happens in the match but it took me so long to find the right entrance to the right stand and then get to my seat that I woke up when the teams were about to kick off.
