Assuming we finish 5th and are home to the Baggies, will we be playoff game B and therefore kicking off at 5.15pm rather than 12.30pm?
For years I have always fancied the team who hit form and come with a late run to qualify for the play offs to go on to win the play offs. On the other side of the coin I have always thought the team that misses out on automatic promotion is in danger of not being able to pick themselves up for the play offs. Compare the disappointment of the team which finishes third in the table to the relief and delight of the team that manages to finish sixth.

Leeds would still have a very slim mathematical chance, so they would need to go for it. A real dilemma as they can’t just give up. But they have blown it. Beaten by a Villa ‘B’ team would just add to their demoralisation too.

Sheffield United will beat Ipswich and Norwich only need a draw. They had Alioski to injury so they wont be full strength.
