Does anyone know of any how-to guides available on the information superhighway that could walk an imbecile through the process of using a VPN to suggest to AVFC that said imbecile was domiciled overseas? Asking for an imbecile.

I use a paid vpn 24/7 (private internet access) but as I'm in the US I don't really need it for AVTV. There are free vpn's out there, either as a stand-alone app or as a browser add-on. You basically install the app/add-on and select which country's ip address you want to use. Once it has connected to the UK, you go to AVTV and hopefully have full access.
