Meanwhile, in a custody suite, somewhere in Birmingham, a Police Officer open the hatch to a cell door and tells the prisoner, ‘by the way dickhead, Jack Grealish has just scored the winner for Aston Villa’. Poetic justice.
We don't always cover ourselves in glory it has to be said, now that Alfie Perkins is having his address plastered all over the internet and it's being reposted by a number of Villa fan pages. He deserves to have his collar felt for his disgusting posts but it only takes one twat to take it further now.
Just had a quick look on the Small Heath Alliance forum and most of them are suitably embarrassed and criticising the fan. One person did say that if they get punished for the pitch invader then they hope every other club gets the same punishment if someone invades the pitch. One of their more sensible ones did point out it was more than just a pitch invader and asked "what about the punch"? But some bloke known as 'Waggah' has put everything down to 'reactionary nonsense'.

My 13 year old has just asked whether the financial consequences of the punishments being discussed could be enough to sink them for good...

All things considered that person is going to be racking up plenty of billable hours in the next few weeks and months.
