It's really hard to see what team he can put out.

Kalinic
Hutton Elphick Mings Hause
Elmo Ramsey Bjarnason
Kodjia Tammy Adomah

I can't think of a single midfield combination that wouldn't make Jesus pull the wings off a baby angel.

Do we have to play again? 1-1 with a tailwind.

3-0 us Conor hat trick.  Header, volley, free kick.  Ps I’m on my third shipyard of the day.

I'd go with;

Kallinic

Hause
Mings
Elphick
Hutton

Carroll
Whelan
Ramsey

El Ghazi
Tammy
Green

Another away game with my son, would love to see us win, but at best a draw 🙈😤

I can actually see us losing to this terrible Stoke team, that's how much of a write off this season is now. Just so uninspiring and little to get excited about.

1-0 and probably someone loathesome scoring like James McClean.

Whelan is obviously going to start given it's his old club and I understand all those who want Hourihane dropped but with limited options the experienced players will continue starting.

Edit: If Carroll can train this week I imagine he'll be put in so that's as much freshing up of the midfield as we're likely to get.

Why do you think he’s loathesome, out of interest?

Nothing to do with IRA tbh. Just never like this type of player who runs around like a madman and lunges into players all the time (see some of the tackles he did on opposition playing for West Brom). Just think he's a bit of a clogger who's lucky he played in premier league as many years as he did.

Reminds me of Stephen Hunt when he was apparently all the rage at Reading and his career quickly fizzled out.

Stoke been playing him as central striker recently which hasn't been much of a success....

We've not scored in three of our last four, kept one clean sheet in that time and will be missing another of our better players.  Hard to see anything other than a home win but sometimes just when we don't appear to have any chance at all we pull one out of the bag.  Also, every week I think the previous week was rock bottom and this will be when we turn it all around.  But I can't see that either.  Most of our players are shit not up to it.

As week after week of this shit piles up the more I think we might not reach rock bottom until some way into next season.

So, to sum up, 4-0 to us.  Morley (2), Daley (2)

As it stands today 2-0 Stoke unless Smith can work a miracle on the training ground this week

They are coming too fast and we're heading for disaster. Can we get a three month extension on this?

I honestly can't see where the next win is coming from. Stoke have been poor, Villa have been worse. 0-0 written all over it, if we could only keep a clean sheet.
