Rosenoirs analysis of the way they are set up was superb.. Hopefully we have someone passing his comments to the dressing room.

Hourihane has to be the most pointless player I’ve ever seen.

The polar opposite of Westwood who was the most 'pointing' player I've ever seen.

Pointy birds
Pointy pointy
Anoint my head
Anointy nointy

John Lillison (England's most famous one armed poet)

Agree re Westwood,  but he has had the last laugh

Is this the worst Villa midfield ever?
possibly, although we’ve had a few contenders recently, and the mid-80’s also offers a few candidates.

Personally I just thought that was a shit half of football all round. They kept a lot of possession without really doing much with it, we were so deep that we had no options to play the ball out. That said we had the best chance and Adomah will be gutted he missed it. We've been awful going forward though and it'd have been daylight robbery had he put it away.

We need pace and energy in there to counteract teams that try to blitz us or this type of performance will keep happening because it's just too easy for teams to do to us.

I thought half term was next week?

Replying now because I've been watching the game.
I havent had a half term for nearly 40 years.

This thread still saps my enthusiasm.
We've had the two best chances.

We're still going to win this. Ignore the Sky "We hate Villa, plucky underdogs who stole the poor kids manager are going to lose, serves them right" shit.

Beat these fuckers. Press higher , they're shit.

Who was Mings having a go at early on?  I know it could have been any one of 9 players before anybody answers.

Same shit, different shirts.
I do not believe Ddomah and Holigram are the best options from the players at his disposal.

This is every bit as bad as Bruce at his worse, and it has been for weeks now.

We struggle to string two passes together, week after week. I just can't see how this utter horseshit gets better, I'm afraid, it's so far from being acceptable.
