Can he get suspended for the elbow? He's fucked-up the lad's jaw.

He can, I can't see any reason why he would though.

I reckon a fair few would have a different view if it had been Huijsen on Ollie.

I don't think he intended to hurt him, he was doing the same thing players do all the time and trying to make himself bigger to block off a challenge.

However I can see why people on their side are upset about it but I'm surprised they aren't a little more focused on the incompetence of the medical staff who let him play on twice. Given the focus on head injuries in a number of sports over the last few years it felt weird seeing him go down twice with a clear head injury and no one stopped it.

Anyone who has played has probably run into an elbow, it teaches you that when you rush a player to get your angles right. The idiot did the same challenge twice.

Ollie wouldn’t make such a ridiculous challenge so there’s that for a start.0

I can’t help thinking it was reckless by the Bournemouth player, I thought so in real time too.
The Bmouth player came in really fast and aggressively.
The fact we got the foul and free kick says it all.

They gave him a couple of paracetamol and told him to run it off!

I've seen it just now for the first time. I think we would.

Very very rare for the FA to call for extended punishment due to a missed incident with VAR as three refs would have reviewed it. Of course they have reversed red cards during the same reasoning but that only happens on extra appeal, not FA instigated.

Didn’t the bournemouth player foul Mings? If he hadn’t thrown himself into Tyrone it wouldn’t have happened.

Impressive. I know it's been done to death on here but I think we're a better team with him in it. Fuck knows what the stats say though.
