Hopefully it is a follow up as Konsa was asked about him alot after the call-up. Medically he might have also been given an actual date after the operations have all been completed and confirmed healing correctly.

I'd hope if it was anything that serious (i.e. retirement) then it would be announced with a statement from the club and not via the player's social media account.
