Wilson is a good player, but if Kane picks up an injury I'd be worried about his ability to stay fit for 3 weeks.  I'd have taken Tammy if he's not allowed to pick Toney.

Leaving behind a natural goalscorer in Tammy (not just in this league but in Italy as well) and taking Callum Wilson because he's hit a bit of form is typical of Gareth Southgate Badger.

Tammy isn't having much a season so far though.

Seems likely that Mings is in.
Beginning to look that way  :)

Chuffed for him - if confirmed.

Now seems unlikely again, odds all over the place.

He didn't make it. Grealish is in, so it's clearly based on form. 🤔

That was my thought too. I see Coady's in, so England can go 5 at the back against the good teams.

Let's face it before the rumours this morning non of us expected him to be in.  I personally think he's good enough, but missing the last squad and then a couple of high profile errors when Southgate has been watching us since has killed any chance he did have.

Yup, he's not had a great season so far so no complaints.

I think he's been playing very well, but with a couple of high profile errors just at the wrong time.  I honestly think the team would have been stronger with him in it.
