I've heard that a few times in relation to John Terry and training.

He set an example as a player when he arrived in 2017 and probably no coincidence we became more professional and competitive as a result. Grealish in particular seemed to benefit.

In stark contrast to the massive clown possie who formed our leadership group prior to that.

I really want to support him with the anti-racist issues and feel that the FA are complete tools for changing the sleeve message.  Players should have a say.
