But one thing that really annoys me (and I appreciate some will see this as a minor point) is the fact that you are still not allowed to keep the top on your bottle of water or pop, so instead have to constantly hold it, without a lid. 

Simple solution to this is to carry a spare lid

agree on both. AVTV is a disaster. It's going on 2019 and every week there is a very basic technical issue. And it varies week to week as to what the issue might be. And also on the press conference, it's ludicrously short. Give us the whole thing or give us a more detailed extended version. But today you can barely hear the questions, the footage is shoddy and it lasts a few minutes. Not good enough at all.
