Hot Lips has been too tentative.
ignoring the physical side of midfield play far too much for my liking

still one of our best bets to create or score a winner

our two subs have been very poor so far

It's going to take a bit of time, regardless of today's result. I'm sure we will improve.

That’s a damning statistic, most goals conceded at set pieces and we’re top of the table.

It may have been best all round if Grealish had gone to the Spuds, he isn't half the player of last season.

Who would we play in his place?

I don't know, but with £25m in the bank I'm sure we could have found someone.

Not a bad shout in fairness. Grealish would be more use as ball boy tonight. Never thought I'd ever say that I'd rather see Onomah on the pitch but there it is.

Bruce would have completely wasted it.

I'm no Bruce fan but that's a little unfair, he did bring in McGinn, I do get your sentiment however.

Reality is we still won't have done much training with the full squad so it is going to take time.

To many of our players just aren’t good enough to retain them ball like Smith wants
