All of this "playing in the PL" is bollocks....

"I want to be in a side that gets stuffed by Citeh, ManUre, Spuds, 'The Mighty Reds YNWA', Chelsea and Arse and then play boring hoof-ball matches against the rest of that shower."

Yeah - that'll make him a much better footballer

I think that he's significantly reduced his risk of exposure to hoof by dodging Bruce and choosing Fulham.

Unless some mental Wolves and Afobe type shenanigans have happened then i wouldnt shit it about this.

Chelts you’re going to have to stop being so bold in your predictions mate 😜.

It is quite remarkable and all being driven by a small time agent having his day in the sun.

This was done a couple of days back. Fee agreed. Personal terms agreed. Dinner with Bruce and met Sawiris. Just some bits of paperwork to finish. We thought he was done before starting on McGinn and the 2 of them met as new team mates yesterday.

If he has fucked off to Fulham at that point, well, what a tit.

Sounds like they should have got a bit of shift on with "finishing the paperwork" then.  Lesson learned for them, hopefully.

Ok - I'll change plenty to a few. But I stand by the shower comment - having a foreign manager doesn't automatically mean every PL club plays attractive football.

Doesn’t seem to me like the end of our world that this guy hasn’t signed.

Jack staying and McGinn signing, far bigger news in the scheme of things.

If those two are on song and get the strikers firing, we’re a very good chance this season - we’re currently 5.5-1 to win the league and expected to finish 7th on the odds checker page I saw.

Such narrow differences though

Shows the danger of starting a thread before the shirt has been stretched.

Anyway, he can fuck off.

We still need a central defender, left-back and striker... busy afternoon hopefully.

Is it official yet? Maybe West Ham will come in and trump Fulham?

You would have thought it would be done by now wouldn’t you.  Who knows maybe he’s having a mull?

Maybe he has opened the jiffybag with the B6 postmark and found his Papa Doc juju doll with the skewer through its eyeball.

It’s pretty clear Bryan is their second choice being as they offered Southampton £15m for Matt Targett earlier today. Can’t understand why Southampton would turn that kind of money down but it explains the delay
