Aston Villa vs Fulham Championship Play-Off Final Pre-Match Thread

Can't make the game as I have to be at a school sports day in Barcelona.  But will be home in time to watch.  Woke up very early and like others spent a few hours surfing Villa news and videos.  Others may have different views but I'm far more hyped up about this game than for example the FA Cup Final.

It's a difficult game to call but I think our experience and the supporters will get Villa over the line.  JT to score!

I’m mightily relieved that I decided against surprising my son with tickets for the match as he spent most of yesterday and this morning throwing up. Not nerves but there is no way we could have gone today, as I feel like I saved about £200.00 I bought a nice coat this morning.

Annoyed this week as I realised when tickets went on sale last week that my booking history of two games from early this season would have got me a ticket. Unfortunately the wife wasn't too happy at my suggestion of spending 1000 dollars on the airfare from Perth Western Australia. I made it to the FA Cup final in 2015 with her blessing so was pushing my luck.
Midnight kick off here, waiting for my son to join me in front of the TV and will be well oiled by the time he gets here at this rate.
Nervous as can be and wish it was all over.
I have a good feeling about the outcome though.

It's utter madness isn't it. It's the same every time my wife and I fly back from Japan. I'm through in under 2 minutes, whilst she has to queue for hours. What a rubbish system.

Compare that to when we flew to Rome. The Italians on passport control just let her go through with me, greeted her in Japanese, and there we were; through in a few minutes.

Anyway, kick off is under 2 and a half hours away. I hope your colleague gets through soon!
