They had them on the rails in the club shop I really liked them but ended up buying the third kit instead.

No sign of any '81 away stock across the whole internetz but I notice they've released an away shirt from our last promotion season. Quite dapper too, certainly an improvement on the jam-roly-poly home shirt that year.

It's a shame Hummel couldn't have endorsed this, as it's badly missing the logo

You can buy them on eBay and iron them on. Just saying, like
yeah i've looked at this, but i can't see it in claret :-/

I’ve still got this shirt at home

I see kitbag have slashed their prices. They’ll never stay solvent at this rate

Thanks for the heads up. Ive ordered a home one :)

My experience with the online Villa store has not been a good one....

Decided to buy kits for my kids for the first time and wanted to get them for Xmas so ordered end November, assuming that this would be plenty time to arrive before Xmas day.

Firstly, no email received to confirm the order.  Hence called a couple of days later and was then told that they would finally send one... which I didn’t.  However, I did get an email a couple of days later saying that the order had been dispatched but with very limited information within.

3 weeks later and still no sign of the kits.  Email to customer services, get an auto response that states I will get a response in 24hours.  Nothing.... wait another 24hours and send another email.  Still nothing!

I know it is Xmas and they will be busy.  But I am really disappointed.  It can’t be that difficult.  Sigh.

The online side is hopeless. I’m not able to get to Villa Park much (probably more than you, though) but when I went in last week, the staff were brilliant, even though it was a match day and rammed. There was also a lot of stuff available that was sold out online. Do you know anyone in Birmingham who can get to the ground and post stuff to you?

Thanks Mike.

I actually just got a reply saying that my order may take up to 20 working days to arrive, which seems excessively long, even for international to Singapore.

Anyway, let’s hope it does turn up.  But needless to say, rather underwhelmed with the entire process thus far.

Who is making the kit for next season?

With the new commercial Mgr lady appointed yesterday ex Chelsea and Man Utd in addition to Purslow and owners links and dealings with Adidas I’d be amazed if they weren’t involved somewhere

The fellow sitting behind me at the Ipswich game (I know!) who sounded as though he had some links told his mate that it would be Adidas.

I’d like us to give Luke another season before we switch to Adidas.

Perhaps Luke would stay and do a leisure and fashion range but Adidas would do the kit?
