11-10, some break that. He's striking the ball beautifully, given the pressure.

Iranian firepower proves too much for Trump in the end.

A brilliant win for Vafaei. He made some amazing pots in the last 4 frames, but wasn't really getting the run of the balls after them. It would have been easy for him to get discouraged, but he stuck at it.

Thoughts on Steven Hallworth as a commentator? I'm finding him a bit irritating. Firstly, he sounds exactly like one of the Radio 5 football correspondents (Simon Stone?), and secondly, he talks too much.

I mainly have BBC on. I like Hendry moaning every time somebody plays safe.

With snooker, I find myself going the opposite direction to football when it comes to commentary. The more an ex-footballer has achieved, the less insight they generally offer on the game. I'd usually rather listen to a sports journalist, or a player who perhaps wasn't the highest level but understands the game.

But with snooker, it's always been the reverse. It always irked me slightly to have Dominic Dale or Alan McManus (no disrespect to them) trying to get into the mind of Ronnie, or Higgins or someone.

I hated him as a player but I like Hendry as a commentator for that very reason. He was truly an elite player and I find him interesting to listen to.
