When did Kodja get the nickname Jimmy Danger?

while on national team duty. I’ve seen JOKO too, which might be the same thing.

I've heard people use PASSIT and LOOKUP as well

Whilst watching on TV, I noticed Bruce barking at Jack - "2nd ball, 2nd ball". A couple of minutes later he scores. Who says Bruce doesn't do tactics?
Steven says so apparently. I read the other day that s MUtd player said Fergie didn't do tactics either, it was about motivation.

Great match up with Kodja and Bamba in second half. He looks a good defender and unlike most of there team wasn’t trying to feign injury and waste time.
Yes, I liked Bamba.  Think he will go on to play a higher level.  Seems a decent sort too.

He is 33 now

He’s a young 33 though.

Unsurprisingly, Warnock doesn't respond to the name 'Colin' despite how may times my mate yelled at him last night from well within earshot
I am really really surprised at that...that you have a mate. :)

A 'Guardian' BTL poster was complaining about the abuse levelled at Warnock. Can't have witnessed him in action close up like we did last night. The constant berating of the 4th official was awful. Why the 4th official didn't get him sent to the stands to sit next to Carew and his mate was beyond belief.Instead the official is bullied into getting the ref to change his mind over a minor infringement.
Phil Brown's throwing a ball onto the pitch in the LC semifinal when Villa were attacking is small fry compared to Colin's antics.

Colin Wankers tactics make SB look like Guardiola - 1970's industrial football by numbers - how the hell have they maintained 2nd for a large part of the season?

Johnstone - still some key elements of his game worry me but 3 excellent saves

Elmo - Thought he was solid and Hoilett was hardly noticed

Jedinak - just like our idiotic play at times they kept lumping it straight at him in the air - the area he most excels at so no worries with him for most of the game

Chester - one truly awful pass aside - nice and tidy and mopped up most things

Bree - considering he was sitting in the stand at warm up, then on the bench at KO then on after 15 minutes thought he did pretty well

Adomah - he has periods like this and the key will be knowing when to drop him rather than play him and hope he comes back into form - I would now drop

Whelen - again in warm up he was on bench and Jedinak was to be in there so not too fazed by his contribution

Snoddy - deliveries not as cutting as they were previously as teams learn quickly - must admit I thought Bennett shackled him well

Hourihane - if he does not score then he is invisible - his contribution is awful and again spends too much time getting ball to pass 5 yards - usually facing the wrong way. A goal would have befitted a tremendous ball from Grabben.

Grabben - lost his man brilliantly for early attempt but not in it till 2nd half - thought he looked very good attacking wide right and he would definitely take AA's place on Friday.

Grealish - MOTM - when you see his kit afterwards from head to toe it is covered in mud as he is on the deck as much as he is standing up. He must actually love the attention he gets and revels in the rough stuff. At nearly every corner he was looking for an angle so why they left him all alone is beyond me for the goal - what a strike. For us older ones there is definitely a touch of George Best about him - his swagger and the ability in no space at all to move past a shadowing player is incredible. I really hope he grows into the player he can be and I really hope it is with us

Jimmy Danger - looked exactly that when he came on  - I think Bamba must still be trying to un knot his legs he got turned so much. If it is the play offs then what a time for him to be coming back

Quality post. Congrats on number 8000.

Draw would have been a fair result.
Yes it would have been if it was a points based game and points were awarded  for incessant time wasting from the very first minute, constantly arguing with officials in relays and  for long throw ins from inline with their own 6 yard box all night long.

What was pleasantly surprising about Kodjia last night was that he was physically well up to it. His touch and movement were excellent as expected but I liked the fact he got stuck into that Cardiff player who was rugby tackling him.

wow - looks like your all happy again . told you to expect route 1 with the ball being launched like an exocet missile so nothing new there then from us . thought you were the better side on the night which I expected but thought we'd deserved a draw simply by the amount of chances we created . mathematically our mission is accomplished we are at least cemented in the play offs but maybe warnock can weave his magic and nick us over the line into second spot . he's hopeing

I genuinely don't know how you can watch that horseshit every week. You are a low rent Stoke. Plenty of Cardiff fans are whining about Grealish diving and moaning to the ref on your forum but I am surprised the police haven't been called in with a view to an assault charge with the way your players take it in turns to hack the opposition. And it is a little rich to complain of gamesmanship or cheating by the opponents given how you "play" the game. And that is before we get to the hypocritical ****** you have as a manager, who bemoans the Wolves boss for a lack of class whilst telling him to fuck off, who attempted to assault a kid in the tunnel last year for having the temerity to be pissed off at being kicked from pillar to post, who should be facing some serious FA charges for his scandalous comments about Derby deliberately getting a game called off because they had a few injuries and all of that from a bloke who should have been banned from the game for a long period of time for deliberately getting a match abandoned to include some tackles for red cards that would see you banged up if you did it in a pub on a Saturday night. You have been respectful since you have been here so the dig isn't aimed at you personally but I detest your 1970's anti football and the Grade A bellend you have for a manager.

Aye. They're like 1980s Wimbledon, without the fairytale backstory.

Dreadful, dreadful set up.

Cardiff are like an über-Small Heath, a Blose fan’s dream team. Hardworking, over-physical, full of pashun but none of that poncey ‘skill’ rubbish.

i,ve been reading this all year about warnock from all different fans so what you say is about the norm so here's my pennys worth . When he took over we were on a massive slide and looked like we were heading for the dungeon leagues again and believe me watching league 1/2 football is the last thing i want to watch . spent most of my life down in the dungeon leagues or division 2/3 to us older heads . we ain't got the kinda dosh that you have spent over the years and wolves have spent alot this year too , even derby too the list is endless . so to us challenging to get into the prem league is nothing short of a miracle . I take your point regarding the style of play but we ain't got the players to play silky football .Would love us to play like wolves or fulham who pass the ball well from back to front . warnock isn't everyones cup of tea i know but he has saved our club from being a club like pompey or wigan that's for sure . by the way when wolves fans complained about our tactics the other week again and we are above them in the fair play league . work that one out ( not sure where villa are mind)

I have just bought TWO Villa mugs to celebrate that strike. This follows a mug boycott of several years in protest at our shitness.
