They have nothing else to get excited about. That they turn up at all is a credit to them, growing up watching Villa be an absolute shambles most of the time. That was just pants. On paper Bruce has got possibly the best squad in the division, but 4 points in 5 games since thrashing Wolves, losing to the likes of QPR, Bolton and Norwich along the way, shows that he doesn't know how to set a team up to win. Inconsistence and caution are by-words for his tactics, and with that squad a decent manager should be storming this league. He'll be gone one way or another at the end of this season - if he can't beat the likes of lower half Championship teams he won't be offered the opportunity to further embarrass us at a higher level.
